Accord Cine Fest is an International monthly film festival (organized from INDIA) with all entries under 8$. It is run by filmmakers for filmmakers to reach international audience and world wide attention. We want all filmmakers to get a chance, so we keep the submission fee as low as possible. Here, every filmmaker will be treated equally. We judge films only by their creativity and originality, not by the budget.

Submit your film in multiple categories and have a high chance of getting selected.
Each monthly Winners, Nominees, Semi-Finalists/Finalists will be provided with official laurels & Digital certificates. Winners of each category will be promoted on our social media platforms. All the monthly Award Winners are automatically nominated for the annual BEST OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Feature films should have duration above 40 mins & Short films should have duration under 40 mins. Scripts over 40 pages are considered as feature scripts and below 40 pages as short scripts. Web series should have duration not more than 60 mins. Music Video Should not have duration more than 10 mins.

We have over 70+ categories of award on the basis of genre, production, direction, acting, technical separately for feature films, short films, web series and screenplay.

Rules & Terms

We accept works of film and screenplay of every length.
Films made in languages other than English must have English subtitles.
Each entry will be accompanied by non-refundable fees. Entries will not be processed without entry fee payment.
You, hereby grant the rights to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted for promotional purposes of the festival.
No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
We have the right to announce no winners for a season, if we find all the submissions are not up to the rank.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits and publicity.
We reserve right to re-assign films to the appropriate category.
