Will is an English, award-winning director and cinematographer based in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. He specializes in wildlife and expedition film-making and filming subjects in high-stress environments. Will is an experienced camera operator underwater as well as at high mountain altitudes, in rainforests and cave networks. He has directed and shot a series of award-winning films selected for international film festivals between working for broadcast clients including Discovery Channel, National Geographic and Smithsonian Earth.
He is known for directing, producing and shooting the online underwater series ...from Below for Scubazoo with over 50 episodes completed across Borneo, Indonesia and Timor-Leste from 2015-2018.
His most recent feature-length documentary "Otters and the Exotic Pet Trade" won Best Foreign Film at the 2019 Wildlife Conservation Film Festival, New York.
