## 🎬 Notification Process

Final notifications will be sent on or before May 25, 2026.

Selected filmmakers are required to confirm participation and provide all requested materials by June 7, 2026.

Please understand that selection is an ongoing process. The festival's programming team continually evaluates participation, communication, technical compliance, and scheduling requirements as we build the final lineup.

## 🚨 Final Delivery Requirements

To remain eligible for live screening consideration, selected filmmakers must provide:

* Final high-resolution screening file
* Official Selection Confirmation Form
* Attendance status (or representative information)
* Acceptance speech video (optional but encouraged)

**Final Delivery Deadline: June 7, 2026**

Failure to meet this deadline may result in removal from live screening consideration and/or placement in online-only programming.

Transparent Film Festival is partnered with ABFAB.com, a growing streaming and internet television platform dedicated to promoting independent filmmakers.

Selected films may be included in:

* Transparent Film Festival Selections Episodes
* Nominations Episodes
* Winners Episodes
* ABFAB.com streaming channels
* Related festival programming

Please note that once an episode has been edited, published, and distributed, it cannot be modified or withdrawn.

If online exhibition presents a conflict with your distribution strategy, release plans, or contractual obligations, please do not submit your film to this festival.

## 🎭 Final Programming & Scheduling

The final screening schedule will be determined approximately two weeks before the festival and published on or about June 25, 2026.

Because our venue has limited screening capacity, not every selected film will ultimately receive a live theatrical screening.

Films may move between:

* Official Selection
* Honorable Mention
* Online Showcase
* Live Screening Program

based on filmmaker responsiveness, technical delivery, scheduling needs, runtime limitations, and overall festival programming requirements.

Please note that inclusion on Transparent Film Festival Presents does not guarantee acceptance into the festival itself.

Final awards and selection decisions are determined by festival judges and industry professionals after the submission period has closed.

We believe great films deserve an audience, and our mission is to help independent filmmakers find one.
