Possono concorrere con i cortometraggi della durata minima di 4 minuti e massima di 15. Si accetteranno sia cortometraggi inediti che già editi, purché non realizzati prima del 10 Febbraio 2020. I cortometraggi potranno essere in qualunque lingua, purché, se questa è diversa dall’italiano, siano allegati secondo i criteri specificati in seguito sottotitoli in italiano o inglese. Ciascun soggetto partecipante potrà iscrivere al Festival un massimo di tre opere.
Materiali OBBLIGATORI richiesti:
- Sono richiesti dei file .txt o .srt con i sottotitoli in italiano, sia per le opere in lingua straniera che in quelle in lingua italiana.
In maniera opzionale possono essere anche presentati:
- 3 foto in alta risoluzione dei protagonisti/regista ed ogni altra persona rilevante;
- 3 foto tratte dal corto (frame) e/o una foto della locandina ufficiale;
- Estratti video promozionali (Trailer);
- Altro materiale facoltativo (foto/video backstage, curiosità, etc.)
Ogni materiale aggiuntivo potrà essere condiviso tramite link a una cartella sul cloud, o allegando i file ad un’email a dissolvenze@scambi.org.
I partecipanti selezionati come vincitori del festival saranno avvisati a mezzo di posta elettronica all’indirizzo fornito in sede di iscrizione e, con lo stesso mezzo, dovranno accettare l’invito a ritirare il premio entro le 72 ore successive.

Participants can compete with short films of a minimum duration of 4 minutes and a maximum duration of 15. The short films can be unpublished or already published, but realized not until 1 February 2020.
The short films may be in any language, but if different from Italian they have to be sended with subtitles in Italian or English. Each participating subject. can register a maximum of three works.
Required materials:
- Are required subtitles in Italian (.txt or .srt files) both for works in a foreign language and in Italian.
Optionally:
- 3 high resolution photos of the protagonists/director and any other relevant person;
- 3 photos from the short film (frame) and/or a photo of the official poster;
- Promotional video (Trailer);
- Other optional material (backstage photos/videos, curiosities, etc.)
Participants selected as winners of the festival will be notified by e-mail to the address provided during registration and will have to confirm their participation within the following 72 hours.
