Saria Film Festival WILL NOT be responsible for any involvement of unsettled trademarked or copyrighted materials in your project. It is the sole responsibility of the entity submitting the project to secure permission from the trademark or copyright holders of the material in question, whether it is music, stock footage, or any other elements that could violate an existing trademark or copyright.
SFF does not accept short films or content that focus in propaganda, pornography, hate speech, or promote violence.
Participants must complete all forms and questionnaires required for selection.
Saria Film Festival does not pay for screening fees for submitted films.

By submitting your project at SARIA FILM FESTIVAL, you acknowledge that you grant us the right to exhibit or screen your short film at SARIA FILM FESTIVAL including ceremonies, trailers, promos, ads, social networks, podcast, or any platform that is affiliated with SARIA FILM FESTIVAL and INTERNATIONAL FILM OPERATIONS.
For safety of participation of your short film in others film festivals, SARIA FILM FESTIVAL will take down or remove your whole short film, after the ceremony is over or if requested by the individual or production who owns the rights of the project. You are responsible for the regulations of other festivals for exhibiting your short film at SARIA FILM FESTIVAL
Saria Film Festival reserves the right to modify or alter short films submitted at this competition for promotional use such as commercials, promos, trailers, teases, digital banners, digital poster or our platforms and affiliates.
