By submitting a film to the The Psychedelic Puppet Show Presents! (hereafter referred to as "the Festival"), I, the undersigned, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility and Compliance: I affirm that I have reviewed and complied with all eligibility requirements for the categories in which I am submitting my film or music work.
2. Accuracy of Information: I declare that all information provided in this submission is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
3. Litigation and Rights: The submitted work is not currently under litigation nor threatened by any litigation. I possess the necessary rights to submit this work to the Festival.
4. Screening Authorization: If selected, I grant the Festival the right to screen my film for festival screenings and non-commercial promotional purposes. I also allow the Festival to use clips from my film for promotional activities.
5. Damage or Loss: I understand that the Festival is not liable for any damage or loss of the film during the event, while in possession of the Festival, or in transit to or from the Festival.
6. Award Acceptance: If my film wins an award, I am authorized to designate individuals to accept the award on behalf of all parties legally representing the film. If no one is designated or able to accept the award, you can accept remotely.
7. Media Clips Provision: Upon selection, I will provide social media-ready media clips of the film by the specified deadline.
8. Official selection for the “Shorts” category grants the Psychedelic Puppet Show rights to share content on their social media accounts.
9. Shipping Costs: I will bear the shipping costs for the screening copy of my film to the Festival.
10. Rights and Permissions: I confirm that I have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to present the submitted film(s) at the Festival and indemnify the Festival organizers against any claims regarding my film(s).
11. Promotion and Use of Materials: The Festival may use the film's name, images, and logos for promotion on the website, in printed materials, and in press and marketing activities.
12. Non-Withdrawal: Once submitted and accepted, I agree not to withdraw my film from the Festival and ensure that screening materials are received at least one week before the Festival starts.
13. Film Length and Submission Fee: Films must not exceed 12 minutes in length. Submission requires a fee, detailed on FilmFreeway, which is non-refundable.
14. Privacy and Communication: By submitting, I agree to the Festival's Privacy Policy and understand communication will be primarily through the submitter. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from, while submission-related communications will continue through FilmFreeway.
15. Accepted filmmakers attending the festival are responsible for their own expenses.
