To organize a short film festival every year with the objective of introducing makers of short films all around the world and provide a platform to our budding talents to showcase their creativity and recognition of their excellent work.

Awards & Prizes

Films will be rated on the basis of viewers votes and judging committee's rating. We show 8-10 films in one session to our viewers, every viewer use a rating card to vote the film as per his choice. Finally on the basis of their votes we consider films for awards accordingly.

Prizes:

1. Best International short Film
2. Best Indian short film
3. Best Student film
4. People's Choice award
5. Best Song

Beside the best film awards, individual awards in following categories will also be awarded:

1. Best Director

2. Best Cinematographer

3. Best Editing

4. Best Actor Male

5. Best Actor Female

6. Best film with message

7. Best Environmental Film

8. Best Film on Women/girl child/female fetus protection

9. Best film for youths

10. Jury's Choice Award

Rules & Terms

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Before submitting your entry/entries please be informed that your film(s) will be screened in auditorium for free. The audience will watch and rate your film on the spot. On the basis of their ratings, best films will be short listed. These films will then be judged by our jury.
No compensation is admissible for the screening of your film(s). Your film(s) can also be shown on local or national TV channels. No royalty will be paid for such screening.
PCISFF has right to show your film's teaser or publicity materials on YouTube, Instagram or any other social media platform to attract the audience. News results, and part of the short films can also be published on social media platform even after completion of the particular edition. No submitter will be liable to claim any monitory share generated through these acts.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Films produced in year 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 will be acceptable.
Film of every genre will be accepted.
The film should be up to 20 minutes duration including titles.
The film must be sub-titled in English or Hindi if it is in a language other than English
or Hindi.
Audio track/music used in film should be your own or you must have
license to use the music or audio of others. PCISFF will not be liable for any
infringement.
Films can be shared through any digital platform like Youtube, Vimeo,
Dropbox, Drive etc.
Note: EVERY SUBMITTED FILM SHOULD HAVE DIRECT DOWNLOAD LINK.

    Festival was good in terms of communication and quality but one issue very disappointed that they don't invite persons in festival who participated, I was waiting for attending festival but they don't invite me. Whereas I live in jaipur city.
