After beginning her journalism career, Patricia was recruited by Fries Entertainment, founded by legendary producer Charles Fries. Working alongside Alan Sacks, she developed a comprehensive knowledge of television and film production.
She was instrumental in the revival and development of Harvey Comics' intellectual property, which contributed to the company’s successful IPO. Specifically, she helped bring Casper the Friendly Ghost to the big screen.
Patricia has transitioned back into feature film development and production with a clear intent to create original, intellectual-property-driven storytelling. She formed Doodleflix Entertainment to produce high-quality creative content intended to have an impact at release and an enduring commercial life across streaming, television, and digital windows. Currently, Patricia’s slate includes a multi-award-winning screenplay, The Armchair Travellers, built for theatrical release; an animated feature, Big Dog's Adventures in Believeland; and The Diary’s Tale, based on the book The Boy Who Saw True.
