Oliver is a writer and filmmaker from Los Angeles, California. He graduated magna cum laude from Emerson College with a BFA in Media Arts Production and a minor in literature.

As a writer, Oliver is drawn to stories that confront the bleak realities of our daily lives. His characters are miserable and flawed—who among us isn't?—but there is always a glimmer of hope on the horizon. His stories reflect the importance of community, empathy, and perseverance, even in the face of certain destruction.
