NEW ORDER YOUTH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, the New Order Youth International Film Festival (NOYIFF) endeavours to cultivate avant-garde sensibilities and foster imaginative exploration among young filmmakers through an international short film competition that begins in China and New Zealand and extends globally.
