The 3rd New Order Youth International Film Festival (NOYIFF)

SUBMIT YOUR FILM FOR FREE - we welcome traditional live-action filmmaking, AI-generated works, hybrid creations, and all evolving forms of cinematic expression.

NOYIFF was born in New Zealand in 2024, at a moment when cinema itself was being rewritten.
A new generation is rising through images.
Traditional filmmaking, AI creation, hybrid storytelling, vertical cinema, and new visual languages are evolving all at once — reshaping how the world creates, watches, and connects.
NOYIFF was created for this new era, we believe cinema is more than an industry, It is emotion, rebellion, imagination, and one of humanity’s most powerful languages.
At NOYIFF, we do not define films by the tools used to create them, what matters is the courage to express, the honesty behind the voice, and the power of an image to move another human being.
Now entering its third edition, NOYIFF is rapidly growing into a global platform for a new generation of filmmakers, artists, and storytellers.
The world is being rewritten — and youth are holding the camera.
So let’s reignite the fiery pulse of cinema.
——————————————————————————————
In its inaugural edition, NOYIFF received over 5,691 short film submissions from 120 countries and regions, with more than 140 Official Selections screened in cinemas.
The festival brought together jury members from over 10 countries, building an international evaluation network dedicated to youth expression, inclusivity, and cinematic innovation.
More than a festival, NOYIFF is becoming a growing global movement for young creators navigating the future of storytelling.
——————————————————————————————
NOYIFF is not searching for one “correct” future of cinema.
Instead, we aim to build an open platform where different forms of storytelling can coexist, collide, and evolve together.
Here, live-action films can stand beside AI-generated works.
Traditional cinematic language can meet emerging visual forms.
Bold experimentation, cultural diversity, and fearless expression are all welcomed.
Because the future of cinema does not belong to a single format.
It belongs to those brave enough to create it.
