Welcome to a sacred cinema camp—the flagship parallel programme of the 7th Neo-South Independent Film Festival, held 2–4 October 2026 at KKTM Rembau, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

Here, the screen becomes a mirror of the soul. Every frame is a cultural ritual. We do not merely make films—we awaken the Atma within every image born from the collective womb.

We call independent film observers from Asia and Southeast Asia: critics, curators, writers, filmmakers, and cultural practitioners who read images as text, sound as poetry, and silence as narrative.

Five (5) selected presenters will deliver their research before a public audience, evaluated by Mr. Hassan Abd Muthalib, a renowned authority in Malaysian film studies.
