a. Yarışmaya, yapımı 1 Ocak 2022 tarihinden sonra tamamlanmış filmler katılabilir.
b. Yarışmaya amatör veya profesyonel herkes katılabilir.
c. Yarışma kısa metraj filmlere açıktır.
d. Yarışmaya, jenerik dahil süresi 30 dakikayı aşmayan filmler katılabilir.
e. Yarışmaya katılım ücretsizdir. Kategorilerde ayrıca bir tür (deneysel, canlandırma vb.) ayrımı yoktur.
f. Yarışmacılar, aynı kategoriye birden fazla filmle başvurabilirler. Her film için ayrı başvuru yapılmalıdır.
g. Yarışmaya daha önce ulusal/uluslararası yarışmalara, festivallere katılmış ya da ödül almış filmler başvurabilir.
h. Film, Türkçe dışında herhangi bir dilde çekilmişse ön değerlendirme kopyalarında mutlaka İngilizce altyazı olmalıdır
i. Yarışmaya Kurul ve Jüri Üyeleri ile 1. derecede yakınları katılamaz.
j. Filmler, ön jürinin önerisi, filmin yapımcısının izniyle festival yönetimince özel gösterim programına alınabilir. Filmin yasal sahibi filmini yarışma dışında izleyiciye sunmak istemiyorsa bu durumu başvuru formunda belirtmek zorundadır.
k. Kriterleri sağlamayan filmler ön jüri tarafından değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
l. Yarışmaya katılmak için son başvuru 08 Eylül 2025 günüdür.
m. Ön elemeyi geçip finalist olan filmler yarışmadan çekilemez.
n. Finalist filmlerin gösterim kopyalarının ve belgelerinin son teslim günü 06 Ekim 2025’tir. Gerekli belgeleri teslim etmeyen filmler yerine yedek filmler seçilebilir.
English:
a. Films completed after January 1, 2022, can participate in the competition.
b.Both amateur and professional filmmakers can participate in the competition.
c.The competition is open to short films only.
d.Films, including credits, must not exceed 30 minutes in length.
e.Participation in the competition is free of charge. There is no genre distinction (experimental, animation, etc.) within the categories.
f. Competitors can apply with morethen one film from the same category . A separate application is required for each film.
g. Films that have previously participated in or received awards at national/international competitions and festivals are eligible for submission.
h. In the film is shot in any language other than Turkish, there must be English subtitles in the pre-evaluation copies.
i. Councilor and jury members and first degree relatives can not participate in the competition.
j. Films can be included in the festival's special screening program by the festival management with the recommendation of the pre-jury and the permission of the film's producer. If the film's legal owner does not want to present their film to the audience outside of the competition, they must state this in the application form.
k. Films that do not meet the criteria will not be evaluated by the pre-jury.
l. The deadline for applications is September 08, 2025.
m. Films that pass the preliminary selection and become finalists cannot be withdrawn from the competition.
n. The final submission date for screening copies and documents of finalist films is October 06, 2025. Substitute films may be selected in place of those that do not submit the required documents.

• Filmin en fazla bir dakikalık fragmanını (varsa)
• Yönetmenin fotoğrafı (yüksek çözünürlükte)
• Filmin dijital afişi (yüksek çözünürlükte)
• Film, Türkçe ve İngilizce dışındaki herhangi bir dilde ise Türkçe ve İngilizce altyazı kullanılmalıdır. Türkçe ise sadece İngilizce altyazı kullanılmalıdır.
• Finale kalan Türkçe dışında üretilmiş filmlerin başvuru sahipleri, İngilizce (.srt) altyazı dosyasını teslim etmekle yükümlüdür.
• Gerekli görüldüğü takdirde yarışma sekretaryası yönetmen ve eser hakkında doküman/bilgi talep edebilir.
• Başvuru sırasında istenen belgeler sahiplerine iade edilmez. Festival arşivinde saklanır.

If the film is in a language other than Turkish and English, Turkish and English subtitles must be used. If the film is in Turkish, only English subtitles must be used.
Applicants of finalist films produced in languages other than Turkish are required to submit an English (.srt) subtitle file.
The competition secretariat may request documents/information about the director and the work if it is necessary.
Documents requested during the application process will not be returned to the applicants. They will be stored in the festival archive.
