This year, the festival evolves by embracing Artificial Intelligence as a new creative tool and allowing its use in all categories to expand narrative and visual possibilities.

The Movilfest Festival is its most important event, where the EME Awards highlight talent and creativity in mobile storytelling. Additionally, the Institution organizes workshops, exhibitions, and networking spaces throughout the year, providing accessible opportunities for creators to develop their skills and share their talent with the world.

Rules and Guidelines
1️⃣ 🛠️ Creation Tool: Works can be created using the 📱 camera of a mobile device or entirely through 🤖 Artificial Intelligence applications.

2️⃣ 🎬 Editing & Post-Production: The use of any video and audio editing software is allowed, from 📲 mobile apps to programs like Premiere or Final Cut.

3️⃣ 🎤🎥 Allowed Accessories: External microphones, mobile lenses, lights, and tripods can be used to enhance production quality.

4️⃣ 🌟 Evaluation Criteria: 🎨 Creativity, 📖 storytelling, and 🎞️ visual impact will be valued. 📷 Image quality is important, but authenticity is key.

Reglas y Requisitos
