1) Films running over 15 minutes will not be eligible for awards. On rare events we do select special screenings for these projects, but they are not eligible for screening awards.
2) All projects must include closed captioning provided by the filmmaker, in English or the language in which the film is recorded and intended to be presented in. All people deserve to experience film equally.
3) MFF, it's staff, and affiliates reserve the rights to use posters, clips of submitted film, and names associated with billing on film submitted for the purpose of promoting screening events. Don't worry we won't post any spoilers.
4) MFF reserves the right to remove any film from our lineup at any time.
5) Films promoting bigoted, racist, homophobic or transphobic ideology are not welcome or acceptable for screening at MFF.
