Whether you're a professional filmmaker, a student, or someone who picked up a camera and captured movement in motion—we want to see your work.
2. This festival supports artist sustainability by applying fees only after a film has been officially selected. There are no application fees at the submission stage. After your film is selected a payment of €50 is due to secure the inclusion of your film in the festival. This is fee covers screening costs, venue, and promotional efforts to give your film the spotlight it deserves.

6. Accepted Formats
• Video: MP4, MOV, AVI
• Resolution: 1080p HD or higher
• Showcase Format: DCP (we can assist with conversion)
7. Rules & Regulations
a) A non-refundable contribution fee will be required upon acceptance of the film.
b) Selection is at the discretion of the Festival curatorial team.
c) Selected films will be publicly screened as part of the Festival’s official programming.
d) The Participant retains all intellectual property rights to their film.
e) The Participant grants the Festival non-exclusive permission to:
1. Screen the work publicly during the Festival and related events.
2. Use short excerpts (up to 1 minute) or stills from the work for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
3. Include the work in future Festival retrospectives or touring programs, with credit to the creator.
f) The Festival will classify jury and audience awards, details of which will be announced in advance of the event.
g) The Participant confirms they own or control all rights necessary for exhibition.
h) The Festival assumes no responsibility for disputes regarding rights, ownership, or third-party claims.
i) The Participant agrees to indemnify the Festival and its affiliates from any claims arising out of the film’s exhibition.
j) The Participant agrees that their name, likeness, and biography may be used in Festival materials and press.
k) The Festival will credit the Participant in all promotional use of their work.
l) The Participant agrees that no AI was used in the creation of their submitted work.
m) The Participants have read and agreed to the rules & regulations.
8. Important Dates
• Submission Deadline: 20th April 2026
• Notification of Selection: Between 22nd & 30th April 2026 (These dates are flexible and can be moved to earlier dates in case submissions slow down once the submission deadline gets closer.
• Final Film Delivery (DCP Format): 2nd June 2026
• Test Screening & Interview Feature: Between 15th–25th June 2026 (exact date TBA)
• Festival Showcase: 27th June 2026. Starting at 6pm
