Art 1 - The association Film Spring Open France and Image In, organize the first season of the project "Let's change the world". This project is supported by the Film Spring Open Foundation, under the supervision of Lou Baron and Florent Pallares.
Art 2 - "Let's change the world" is a project of interactive documentaries and photo essays about people or groups of people who are trying to change the world on their own scale. The public will be able to select them by country or by theme. The selected documentaries and photo esssays will be part of the Let's change the world interactive project.
The documentaries and photo essays with the highest public ratings will allow their creators to be selected for a humanitarian project that the public will choose.
Art 3 - The "Let's change the world" festival aims at selecting the documentaries and photo essays that will be part of the "Let's change the world" project.
Art 4 - Eligible genres: Documentaries of less than 16 minutes and photo essays.
Art 5 - Accepted theme : Documentaries and photo essays about people or groups of people (associations, companies, etc.) who are trying to change the world on their own scale.
Art 6 - All countries and languages are allowed. However, subtitling in English is mandatory, under penalty of disqualification of the documentary.
Art 7 - The use of images borrowed from other productions - except those that are quoted in the sense provided by the law - is strictly forbidden. The associations Film Spring Open France and Image In decline all responsibility, both civil and penal, concerning images or musical works used in the films without the authorization of the author(s).
Art 8 - In order to maintain the artistic and technical qualities of the "Let's change the world" project, the documentaries and photo essays will be submitted to a pre-selection. Only the documentaries and photo essays sent and selected will be presented online. The decisions of the pre-selection committee will be final and without appeal. Creators will be notified of their selection in january.
Art 9 - After selection, an HD file will be requested for the online broadcast of your work.
Art 10 - By sending his work, the director authorizes its diffusion without financial compensation.
Art 11 - To participate, each documentary and photo essay must be registered on https://filmfreeway.com/letschangetheworld-FSO before September 30th. Registration is free.
Art 12 - Registration to the project "Let's change the world" implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the present rules made up of 12 articles.
