The competition accepts: positive feature films (up to 20 minutes), music videos, musicals, dance films, and film poetry. Author's music compositions and songs.

 Both professional and young filmmakers can participate in the festival. 

 WHAT ARE POSITIVE FILMS? Positive films can also be referred to as "heartfelt" or "uplifting." These are films with stories that showcase genuine human values, promoting a cheerful philosophy and positive thinking. Such films always make you smile, evoke warm feelings, and leave a pleasant aftertaste in your mouth.

Awards & Prizes


The festival gives young authors a real stage: the best works receive production promotion, enter the Golden Collection of Kinopozitiv, and are broadcast on TV, in cinemas, and at the venues of the festival's partners throughout the year. Our partners include Oleg Gazmanov's Rodniki movement, Tavrida.Art, Kinouroki in Schools of Russia and the World, and the VETTA TV company.

Rules & Terms

* Works of any year of production are allowed to participate.

* Game and musical cinema-video films with a duration of not more than 20 minutes are participating in the competition.

* The number of submitted works submitted to the competition by one author is not limited.

* The last day of accepting applications for the competition is July 30th, 2026.

* All works selected in the official program of the festival will be shown during the Festival and at pre-festival screenings (screenings for the jury, press, festival screenings in cinemas).

* Copyright is wholly and entirely owned by the directors (authors, producers) of the film, in accordance with international copyright standards.

* Participants pay Voluntary Registration Fee in accordance with the regulations.

In the case of victory, there are certain conditions for organized groups of 5-10 participants from one studio or group (contact the organizers). All participants and heads of film studios whose works made it to the finals will receive diplomas as participants of the film festival and letters of gratitude. The list of finalists will be published in the official VK group and on the website after August 15
