Selected films must be screened in the competition section of the 9th JISFF and cannot be withdrawn.

By registering and submitting a film online, participants are deemed to have agreed to all rules and terms of JISFF.

Additional Information

By submitting a film, entrants authorize the festival to screen the work.

Entrants are fully responsible for any copyright issues; violations may result in disqualification.

We were unable to attend Jeonju in person and so wished we could have. Our lead actress was born in South Korea and was raised in the US so it meant a lot for us to be a part of this festival. We were so honored to have been selected and even more thrilled to learn that our short film, SAVERIO, won the Grand Jury Award! The entire team is so excited for this recognition! The communication from the festival was fantastic and the warmth from the festival programmers was so wonderful. We hope to return to this special festival with a future project. Thank you, Jeonju!
