Inside Nollywood International Film Festival and awards embodies the celebration and exhibition of Cultural heritage and values which was showcased through motion pictures. The Nigerian Film industry, also known as Nollywood which pioneered this initiative was at the forefront on this unprecedented festival.

Inside Nollywood International Film Festival and awards was hosted by the Capital City of Anambra state, Awka and this Officially made it the first ever Film festival that was held in Anambra State.

The the three-day Maiden edition of the Festival took place from the 25th of November to the 27th of November 2021. It was a throng of cultural representations.

Apart from the Motion pictures that were rich in Culture, there were Masquerade displays, stage dramas that despicted the Igbo culture and VIP Tours for our guests and Empress Models, to different cultural sites within Anambra state.

INIFFAA as the Festival is abbreviated , will continuously be a haven for film practitioners, Entertainers and lovers of entertainment. We will continue to invent new ways of keeping our Followers engaged and excited.

The Festival was founded by Obinna Muoma, a prolific film maker and a Nollywood stake holder. He is the founder of Inside Nollywood.

Rules & Terms

All entries must be watermarked faintly in a way that does not impair viewing during the screening process. Online submissions are preferred

No commercials or advertorial in any entry.

All entries in languages other than English must be fully subtitled.

All shipping costs of the submitted materials must be borne by the sender. Please note that submitted materials will not be returned to the sender.

INFFAA is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.

INFFAA will send an official acceptance email acknowledging receipt of each successful entry.

All entrants certify that they have been given full rights to use any and all music in their films.

If we are notified about any copyright infringement, you will be automatically disqualified.

All entries MUST go through a screening process and are reviewed by at least two members of INFFAA selection team.

Owners of selected entries MUST agree to participate in the promotion of the festival through social media content sharing.

    I was thrilled to have Gimme Shelter Part Three picked to be represented in this film festival. I may not have won, but I feel my story is competitive with any. One of the film festivals to look for.

    We were proud to be part of the festival. I wanted to attend, but communication was a bit sketchy so it was difficult to organise. Unfortunately I ended up not being able to be present. However the team did make an effort on social media to keep us informed. As a new festival, we can only support them. It will get better every year.
