Why haven't I received my payout?

We process payouts for each month’s submissions on the 10th day of the following month. If there’s a hold on your payout, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your balance does not reach the $75.00 minimum.
To receive a payout, your account balance must be at least $75.00. If your balance is below this amount, the payout will remain on hold until the threshold is met.

2. You have not completed the account verification process.
For security reasons, all accounts must complete the verification process before payouts can be processed. Please ensure your account is fully verified here https://filmfreeway.com/verify.

3. Your preferred payment method is set to receive one payment at the close of your submission period, rather than 'Monthly Payouts'.
If your payment preference is set to receive payouts at the end of your submission period, rather than monthly, you will receive a single payment after your final deadline has passed.

To update your Payout Information, go to 'Account Settings' > 'Payout Information'.
