(About the Festival)
Established in 2016, Golden Bee International Children's Film Festival is one of a kind film festival taking entertaining and informative cinema to children. In India, there are very few dedicated film festival for children. Golden Bee is a pioneer in showcasing content specially prepared for children. In last five years the festival has covered 21 Indian cities across 12 states and screened 270+ films. The festival has also conducted technical workshops for children such as Storytelling, Photography, Film Making and Creative Writing.

Due to COVID-19, for 2020-21 we have shifted the festival to online platforms and monthly online editions are being organised on Facebook/Youtube since July 2020.

Entries Open for 2021 - APRIL MONTH EDITION (Online).

Theme: “Children Films on Nature and Environment”

Golden Bee International Children Film Festival is inviting entries for April month edition of the festival on the theme of “Children Films on Nature and Environment”.

Submission Deadline: April 18, 2021.

Festival Date: April 25, 2021 (Sunday).

The festival is accepting entries for the 2021 - April Edition under the Theme "Children Films on Nature and Environment".

Film Festival Categories:-

1) Short Films
2) Feature Films
3) Documentary
4) Animation Films
5) Mobile Phone Films

Films "Made by Children (upto 18 years of age)" or "Made for Children" are invited in the festival.

Awards are given in several categories across several genres.

a) E-Award Certificate will be given to the Winners.

b) Official Selection Laurel will be given to the Selected Films.

1) Genres: Short Films, Documentary, Feature Films, Animation Films etc. are invited for submission in the festival.

2) Duration: Films from 1 min to 120 min.

3) Cut off Year: Films produced after January 1, 2018 are eligible for the festival.

4) Entries are invited in all languages. Non-English and Non-Hindi language productions must include English subtitles.

5) NO SCREENING FEE will be paid to Filmmaker/Production House for the festival screening.

6) Films submitted in Golden Bee International Children's Film Festival will be included in other non-commercial public screenings, around the world in other film festivals, as well as in traveling film festivals and other educational activities.

7) Films once entered cannot be withdrawn.

8) Online Film Screenings will take place on the FACEBOOK Page of Golden Bee International Children's Film Festival.

9) All matters NOT mentioned in these rules will be decided by the Festival Director. The discretion to make an exception to any rules and regulations of the festival will rest with the Festival Director.

10) SUBMISSION DEADLINE: April 18, 2021.
