Golden Plume Film Festival

1. 所有参展影片不得超过30分钟。
2. 实验短片和音乐视频不得低于3分钟，其他影片不得低于5分钟。
3. 影片导演必须是海外中国籍留学生。
4. 影片摄影、编剧、制片三个工种，至少两项是海外中国籍留学生。
5. 影片仅限中英两种语言（含方言）并要求有双语字幕。
6. 影片不可出现种族歧视、儿童色情、过分暴力血腥或过分政治敏感题材。
7. 影展仅接受2019年1月之后完成的影片。
8. 影片所提供的海报、剧照和文字介绍等内容授权主办方进行宣传。
9. 所有影片代表须阅读并签订用户协议。

7. The festival only accepts films completed after January 2019.
8. The posters, stills and text descriptions provided by the film authorize the organizer to promote it.
9. All film representatives must read and sign the user agreement.
