The International Film Festival "La Picasa" is celebrated in the town of Cinco Saltos (Río Negro, Argentina), on 21, 22, 23, and 24 March 2024. The Festival is organized by Linea Sur Cine, the Municipality of Cinco Saltos and with the collaboration of the Province of Río Negro. The programming of the same is the load of artist director Ivan Iannamico with the general production Diego Carriqueo. We believe that a festival is a bridge between new filmmakers and spectators who have the need to see different views of the world. Thanks to FICILP, the city of Cinco Saltos is framed as a new beacon of independent film worldwide, nationally and regionally.

Rules & Terms

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
to. All those producers or directors who own the rights over the works they present may participate.
b. Each participant can present the number of films they want.
c. The works must be in Spanish (Castilian) or subtitled in Spanish (Spanish). Not bent.
d. Registration will be done by completing a file and sending a link to the work and / or completing the necessary fields on the festival platforms.
and. The material must be sent until December 15, 2023 (inclusive).

RIGHTS OVER THE WORKS
The organization assumes that the people or groups that register the works have the rights of exhibition of the same, as well as the authorization to receive the prize in the case of collective authorship. In any case, the organization disclaims any liability that may arise from the violation of this base.

SELECTION
A selection group will be responsible for choosing, among all the films received, those works that will participate in the International Film Festival "La Picasa". The decisions adopted will be communicated as of January 5, 2024, to their respective directors, producers or distributors.
