The Fashion Film Festival Kyiv is the first fashion film festival-contest in the Ukraine, which was founded in 2018 with the aim of popularizing the genre of fashion films and promoting cooperation/collaboration between directors, cameramen, other workers of creative industries and fashion designers.
The organizers of the festival are FILM.UA Group and the Ukrainian Fashion Week.
Festival is supported by Ukrainian cultural foundation.

Best fashion film (prize fund — UAH 30,000), Best fashion story (prize fund — UAH 10,000), Best production (prize fund — UAH 10,000).

Fashion Film Festival Kyiv (hereinafter: the Festival) is a specialized fashion films competition. Its final will be held online on October 5, 2022 in Kyiv.

GENERAL TERMS
• Films related to the fashion industry with a duration up to 5 minutes produced in 2021–2022 are allowed to participate in the Festival.
• The Festival reserves the right to determine what a fashion film is.
• Each film will be considered for participation in three categories: "BEST FASHION FILM", "BEST FASHION STORY", "BEST PRODUCTION".
• Films by the directors who received the "BEST FASHION FILM" award in two previous Festivals can participate only in the out-of-competition program.
• The Festival independently determines the category for each film.
• The Festival does not accept films that contain pornographic images.
• No registration fee.
• Films are submitted via this form.
• Submission period lasts until August 31, 2022.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
• The applicant must fill in online form.
• The work must be submitted in its final version.
• Unfinished films cannot be accepted.
• Movies with dialogues or narration must have English subtitles.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Quicktime wrapper – H.264 codec (minimum data rate of 10Mbit/s)
• Audio Codec – Integer 16bit 48kHz Stereo
• Resolution: 1920×1080 Progressive
• Frame rate: 24fps or 25fps
• File size up to 3Gb

RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Each applicant confirms that they are authors or a rights holder of the submitted film(s), as well as owns all literary, dramatic and musical rights.
• After a film is selected and accepted to the competition program of the Festival, the film cannot be removed from the program of the Festival.
• In case of nomination of the film, within three weeks the applicant has to provide the organizers with three footages from the film, its director’s photo and other necessary additional information requested by the organizers.
• To promote the Festival, the organizers can show films from the Festival archive after the competition within the "FFFK on Tour" program. The purpose of the program is to demonstrate the best works presented at the festival in different cities of Ukraine. Screenings of the works by Ukrainian authors abroad will be agreed separately.
• In order to promote a film, the Festival has a right to use episodes from the film (if the film was selected for the Festival program) with a duration up to 10% of the total length of the film and not more than 3 minutes.
• The Festival does not pay for the screening of all selected works.
