Con la tua iscrizione accetti manualmente e automaticamente il nostro Regolamento e Termini.
1. La rassegna è riservata agli autori in presenza, non iscriverti se non potrai essere presente in caso di selezione.
2. In caso di selezione ti chiederemo conferma di presenza tramite una prenotazione o altro. Se non riceveremo alcuna risposta entro 72h dalla data del primo contatto, passeremo automaticamente al progetto successivo.
3. Sono accettabili solo lavori creati dopo il 2022.
4. Accetti di utilizzare spezzoni del tuo progetto (inclusi trailer/teaser/poster/fotogrammi) per scopi promozionali.
5. La tua scelta di iscriverti è personale e, dopo aver letto e accettato il nostro regolamento e i nostri termini, implica la tua piena assunzione di responsabilità. . Per qualsiasi informazione NON SPECIFICATA nel nostro regolamento o nei nostri termini, scrivici. Rispondiamo sempre a tutte le email per eventuali informazioni NON SPECIFICATE.
6. Iscrivendoti al festival, confermi di possedere i diritti sull'opera presentata. 6.1 Ti invieremo un form di dichiarazione di diritti da compilare in caso di selezione.
7. Non sono ammessi cortometraggi di durata superiore a 20 minuti. 7.1 Per la categoria AI, il limite è 7 minuti.
8. Non è richiesto lo status di Premiere. 8.1 Non accettiamo contenuti estremisti o di propaganda da parte di organizzazioni politiche, religiose o altro.
9. Inviando la tua candidatura, contribuirai a coprire i costi di organizzazione dell'intero evento.
10. Se il tuo film viene selezionato dal nostro festival, accetti automaticamente che possiamo utilizzare le immagini del tuo progetto per scopi di marketing per il nostro festival. Se non accetti e non acconsenti a cederci i diritti promozionali sul tuo materiale, ti preghiamo di comunicarcelo via email; in tal caso, ritireremo il tuo film dalla promozione del nostro festival. Se non riceveremo alcuna notifica da parte tua entro 48 ore dalla selezione del tuo film, accetti questa politica.
11. Non inviamo feedback: se il tuo film non è stato selezionato significa che non ha raggiunto una valutazione media sufficiente o superiore a quella di altri progetti.
12. Con la tua candidatura accetti le insindacabili decisioni della giuria e del festival in merito allo stato del tuo progetto e non potrai in alcun modo prendere provvedimenti contro di loro.
13. Il Giove Film Festival non è un concorso a premi, ma una rassegna indipendente creata per dare spazio a realtà indipendenti. Gli eventuali attestati e/o allori sono dei riconoscimenti morali che assegniamo a chi più si è distinto per originalità e qualità.
14. Non copriamo alcun costo per alloggi, trasporti o qualsiasi altro tipo di spesa. 13.1 Non paghiamo alcuna eventuale spesa di proiezione del tuo progetto. Se non hai i diritti per proiettarlo, NON ISCRIVERTI. 13.2 In caso di problemi di diritto d'autore, sarai l'unico responsabile di qualsiasi tipo di eventuale controversia, assumendone la piena responsabilità. L'organizzazione del Festival non si assume alcuna responsabilità inerente la tua dichiarazione di titolarità al 100% dei diritti del progetto presentato.
15. E' esclusivamente tua responsabilità visionare le email automatiche di notifica inerenti alla tua candidatura. Vengono inviate e sempre in maniera automatica direttamente dalla piattaforma FilmFreeway. Non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità in caso di non visualizzazione di email di notifica per selezione o altre comunicazioni inerenti la tua candidatura, per cui ti consigliamo di visionare anche la cartella spam.
16. In caso di rinvio per qualsivoglia motivo di natura meteorologica, tecnica o altro, sarai tempestivamente avvertito. Non rimborsiamo le spese di viaggio (alloggio e altro) sostenute dagli autori con i loro personali host/alberghi/altro. - Se non ricevi una notifica relativa alla proiezione del tuo progetto, significa che NON È STATO SELEZIONATO PER LA PROIEZIONE.
17. Una copia del regolamento e dei termini, obbligatori da leggere ed accettare manualmente al momento della tua personale scelta d'iscrizione, sarà sempre disponibile sulla tua pagina di iscrizione aggiornata al momento dell'iscrizione stessa e pertanto non è modificabile. 17.1 Non scegliere di iscriverti se non sei d'accordo con uno solo dei nostri termini.
- Notifica - I candidati saranno avvisati via e-mail con aggiornamenti sullo stato del loro progetto.
- Luogo e data dell'evento - La quarta edizione del Giove Film Festival si terrà il 23 agosto 2026 presso Campo di Giove (L'Aquila, Abruzzo). La sede del Festival o la data dell'evento potrebbero subire modifiche durante l'organizzazione a causa di eventi, scelte tecniche o circostanze. - CON L'INVIO DEL PROGETTO, ACCETTI TUTTI I TERMINI E LE CONDIZIONI QUI CONTENUTI. Processo di valutazione
- Tutte le candidature saranno esaminate nella loro interezza. Le candidature saranno valutate in base a criteri quali: qualità della sceneggiatura, recitazione, qualità della produzione, originalità, competenza tecnica, fotografia, sound design, montaggio e scenografia. Supportiamo la produzione cinematografica indipendente e assegneremo punti aggiuntivi ai film prodotti con un budget limitato e/o una troupe minima.

With your submission, you manually and automatically accept our Regulations and Terms.
1. The event is reserved for authors in attendance, do not submit if you cannot be present in the event of selection.
2. In case of selection, we will ask you to confirm your presence through a reservation or otherwise. If we do not receive any reply within 72h from the date of first contact, we will automatically move on to the next project.
3. Only works created after 2022 are acceptable.
4. You agree to use clips of your project (including trailers/teasers/posters/stills) for promotional purposes.
5. Your choice to submit is personal and, after having read and accepted our rules and terms, implies your full assumption of responsibility. 5.1 For any information NOT SPECIFIED in our rules or terms, write to us. We always reply to all emails for any information NOT SPECIFIED.
6. With your submission, you confirm that you own the rights to the submitted work. We will send you a declaration form to confirm your rights in case of screening selection. 6.1 By choosing to submit, you will help cover the costs of organizing the entire event.
7. Short films longer than 20 minutes are not allowed. 7.1 The limit for AI categories is 7 minutes. 7.1 English Subtitles are mandatory. 7.2 Italian Subtitles, burned in, will be mandatory in case of live screening selection.
8. Premiere status is not required. 8.1 We do not accept extremist or propaganda content from religious, political or other organizations.
9. If your film is selected by our festival, you automatically agree that we can use the images of your project for marketing purposes for our festival. If you do not accept and do not consent to grant us the promotional rights to your material, please notify us by email; in this case, we will withdraw your film from the promotion of our festival. If we do not receive any notification from you within 48 hours of the selection of your film, you accept this policy.
10. We do not send feedback: if your film has not been selected, it means that it has not achieved an average rating sufficient or higher than that of other projects.
11. With your application, you accept the unquestionable decisions of the jury and the festival regarding the status of your project and you will not be able to take action against them in any way.
12. The Giove Film Festival is not a competition with prizes, but an independent event created to give space to independent realities. Any certificates and/or laurels are moral recognitions that we assign to those who have distinguished themselves most for originality and quality.
13. We do not cover any costs for accommodation, transportation or any other type of expense. 13.1 We do not pay any screening costs for your project. If you do not have the rights to screen it, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. 13.2 In the event of copyright issues, you will be solely responsible for any type of dispute, assuming full responsibility. The Festival organization assumes no responsibility regarding your declaration of 100% ownership of the rights to the project submitted.
14. It is exclusively your responsibility to view the automatic notification emails regarding your application. They are always sent automatically directly from the FilmFreeway platform. We assume no responsibility in the event of non-viewing of selection notification emails or other communications regarding your application, so we recommend that you also view your spam folder.
15. If the event will be postponed for any reason of a meteorological, technical or other nature, you will be promptly notified. We do not reimburse travel expenses (accommodation and other) incurred by authors with their personal hosts/hotels/other. - If you do not receive a notification regarding the screening of your project, it means that IT HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED FOR SCREENING.
16. A copy of the rules and terms, which must be read and manually accepted when you choose to register, will always be available on your registration page, updated at the time of registration, and therefore cannot be modified. 16.1 Do not register if you disagree with any of our terms.
- Notification - Submitters will be notified by email with updates on the status of their project.
- Event location and date - The 4th edition of the Giove Film Festival will be held on August 23, 2026 at Campo di Giove (L'Aquila, Abruzzo). The Festival location or the event date may be subject to change during the organization due to events, technical choices or circumstances. - BY SUBMITTING YOUR PROJECT, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. Judging Process
- All submissions will be reviewed in their entirety. Submissions will be evaluated based on criteria such as: quality of the script, acting, quality of production, originality, technical expertise, cinematography, sound design, editing and production design. We support independent filmmaking and will award additional points to films produced with a limited budget and/or minimal crew.
Notification
Directors of nominated and accepted films will be notified via email.
