ART. 1
Short film
The short films, published and unpublished, should have a maximum duration of 20:00 minutes, credits included.
Each author can participate with a maximum of 3 short films (of the same kind or a different kind).
*ATTENTION*
If the original language of the short film is not Italian, it must have Italian or English subtitles, penalty the exclusion of the shortfilm from the festival.
ART. 2
Prizes
All the selected short films will be screened during the festival, and the following prizes will be awarded:
BEST ITALIAN SHORT FILM: 250 € + Plate
BEST ITALIAN FOREIGN SHORT FILM: 250 € + Plate
BEST ACTOR: Digital Plate
BEST ACTRESS: Digital Plate
BEST SCREENPLAY: Digital Plate
PLEASE NOTE:
Prizes must be picked up by the winners or a delegate.
In case of the winner's absence, they will have to pay all the costs regarding the prize shipment.
ART. 3
Jury
The selected short films will be announced by the middle of July 2021, via email to the authors and on the Facebook page.
The organization will appoint a panel of experts in charge of electing the winners and award the prizes.
The decisions of the Jury can't be disputed.

Deadlines
Early: 30 April 2021
Regular: 31 May 2021
Late: 30 June 2021

Notes
By entering the competition, each author is responsible for the content of his/her work.
The author also declares and guarantees that the rights of the short film are his/her property and that does not break rights of third parties, such as other authors, subjects portrayed, transferees of rights, music rights, etc.
If the work presents contents not owned by the person participating to the Festival, the author undertakes to gather all the permissions necessary to the participation in the Festival itself.
In any case, the participant in the Festival and/or the author of the work, undertake to raise the organization's of Quercia Film Festival from any claim, request for damage and/or advanced by anyone.
The application for admission to the Festival implies the unconditional acceptance of all the points of regulation.
Under the Italian law 196/03, the personal data of the authors will be used only in the purpose of the event.
ART. 6
General Rules
In case of dispute, only the Italian version of the rules will be take into consideration.

The Festival may take decisions regarding matters not specified into this Regulation.
For any dispute, it will be competence of the Rome Court.

ART. 1
CARATTERISTICHE DELLE OPERE
Le opere, edite o inedite, dovranno avere una durata massima di 20 minuti.
Saranno accettate opere in lingua Italiana, o se in lingua straniera che abbiano sottotitoli in Inglese o in Italiano.
Ogni autore potrà partecipare con un massimo di 3 opere (dello stesso genere o di genere diverso).
Il Festival è a tema libero e gli autori possono partecipare con qualsiasi genere, ad eccezione di Documentari, Videoclip Musicali e Horror.
*A causa del COVID-19, le date del festival potranno subire variazioni, o addirittura il Festival stesso potrà essere svolto interamente Online. Sarà nostra premura comunicarlo agli autori quanto prima, in modo che possano organizzarsi per tempo.*
ART. 2
PREMI
Tutte le opere selezionate ai fni del concorso saranno proiettate durante il Festival, intoltre verranno assegnati i seguenti premi:
–MIGLIOR CORTOMETRAGGIO ITALIANO: Premio in denaro dal valore di 250 € + Targa
–MIGLIOR CORTOMETRAGGIO STRANIERO: Premio in denaro dal valore di 250 € + Targa
–PREMIO DEL PUBBLICO: Targa
–MIGLIOR ATTORE PROTAGONISTA: Targa Digitale personalizzata
–MIGLIOR ATTRICE PROTAGONISTA: Targa Digitale personalizzata
–MIGLIOR SCENEGGIATURA: Targa Digitale personalizzata
NOTA BENE: I premi dovranno essere ritirati dal vincitore/vincitrice o da un suo delegato.
In caso di mancata presenza, i vincitori dovranno sostenere personalmente le spese di spedizione.
ART. 3
GIURIA
Le opere selezionate saranno comunicate entro metà Luglio 2021, tramite mail personale agli autori e sulla pagina Facebook. L’organizzazione nominerà una giuria di esperti del settore incaricata di eleggere i vincitori ed assegnare i premi.
Le decisioni di tale giuria sono insindacabili.
Sarà scelta dell’organizzazione attribuire eventuali menzioni o riconoscimenti speciali ad opere ritenute particolarmente signifcative.
ART. 4
TERMINE DEL BANDO
La scadenza ultima per l’invio del materiale è fissata al 30 GIUGNI 2021.
Per il pagamento seguire le seguenti date:
–Early Deadline: fino al 30 Aprile 2021
–Regular Deadline: fino al 31 Maggio 2021
–Late Deadline: fino al 30 Giugno 2021
Farà fede la data di ricezione della mail o il timbro postale in caso di spedizione tramite posta.
ART. 5
NOTE
Una volta che l’organizzazione avrà accertato il corretto invio dell’opera, della sched a d’iscrizione e del versamento della quota,gli autori saranno avvisati tramite mail personale della corretta iscrizione avvenuta.
Con l’iscrizione al concorso, ogni singolo autore risponde per il contenuto delle sue opere.
L’autore, inoltre, dichiara e garantisce che i diritti dell’opera siano di sua proprietà e che non ledano diritti di terzi, quali altri autori, soggetti ritratti, cessionari di diritti, diritti musicali, ecc.
Qualora l’opera presentasse contenuti non di proprietà del soggetto partecipante al Festival, questi s’impegna ad assumere tutte le liberatorie e autorizzazioni necessarie per la partecipazione al
Festival medesimo.
In ogni caso il partecipante al Festival e/o l’autore dell’opera, si impegnano a sollevare l’organizzazione del Quercia Film Festival da ogni pretesa, richiesta di danno e/o di spesa da chiunque avanzata.
La richiesta di ammissione al Festival implica l’accettazione incondizionata di tutti i punti del regolamento. Ai sensi della legge 196/03, i dati personali degli autori saranno trattati solo ai fni dell’organizzazione della manifestazione.
ART. 6
NORME GENERALI
Il presente regolamento è redatto in italiano e inglese.
In caso di problemi interpretativi, fa fede la versione italiana.
La direzione del Festival può prendere decisioni relative a questioni non previste dal presente regolamento.
Per ogni eventuale controversia è competente il Foro di ROMA.
