Bases de Participación – Sección “Panorama Indie”
1. Objeto de la convocatoria
La sección Panorama Indie forma parte de las actividades paralelas del 13º Festival Internacional de Cine Pequeño y tiene como objetivo promover y difundir largometrajes independientes de ficción, documental y animación.
2. Requisitos de participación
- Podrán inscribirse largometrajes nacionales e internacionales de los géneros ficción, documental y animación.
- Se considerará largometraje toda obra audiovisual con una duración mínima de 60 minutos.
- No se aceptarán cortometrajes, series, videoclips ni obras de carácter estrictamente publicitario o institucional.
3. Fecha y lugar de exhibición
Las películas seleccionadas serán proyectadas en el Teatro Wagner, entre febrero de 2026 y mayo de 2026, en fechas determinadas por la organización.
4. Inscripción
- La inscripción deberá realizarse a través de la plataforma filmfreeway entre el 1 de diciembre de 2025 y el 15 de enero de 2026.
- Cada participante podrá inscribir más de una obra.
5. Selección
- La organización designará un comité responsable de visionar y seleccionar las obras participantes.
- Los criterios de selección incluirán la calidad artística, técnica, originalidad y adecuación a la línea editorial de la sección.
- La decisión del comité será inapelable.
6. Condiciones de exhibición
- Las copias de exhibición deberán entregarse en los formatos y plazos indicados por el festival (.mov, .mp4, DCP).
- Los participantes autorizan al festival a utilizar fragmentos, imágenes o material promocional de la obra para fines de difusión del evento.
7. Pago por selección
Cada largometraje seleccionado recibirá un pago por selección de 100€ + IVA.
8. Premio del jurado
Entre todas las obras seleccionadas, un jurado designado por la organización otorgará un Premio “Panorama Indie” dotado con 500 €.
9. Responsabilidad y derechos
Los participantes garantizan que poseen todos los derechos de exhibición de la obra inscrita y que su participación no vulnera derechos de terceros.
10. Aceptación de las bases
La inscripción en la sección Panorama Indie implica la aceptación plena de estas bases.
“Panorama Indie” Section Rules
1. Purpose of the call
The Panorama Indie section is part of the parallel activities of the 13th Pequeño International Film Festival and aims to promote and showcase independent feature films in the genres of fiction, documentary, and animation.
2. Participation requirements
- National and international feature films in the genres of fiction, documentary, and animation may be submitted.
- A feature film is considered any audiovisual work with a minimum duration of 60 minutes.
- Short films, series, music videos, and works of a strictly advertising or institutional nature will not be accepted.
3. Screening dates and venue
Selected films will be screened at Wagner Theatre between February 2026 and May 2026, on dates determined by the festival organizers.
4. Submission
- Submissions must be made through the FilmFreeway platform between December 1, 2025 and January 15, 2026.
- Each participant may submit more than one film.
5. Selection
- The organization will appoint a committee responsible for viewing and selecting the submitted works.
- Selection criteria will include artistic and technical quality, originality, and alignment with the editorial line of the section.
- The committee’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
6. Screening conditions
- Screening copies must be delivered in the formats and within the deadlines indicated by the festival (.mov, .mp4, DCP).
- Participants authorize the festival to use fragments, images, or promotional material from the work for the purpose of promoting the event.
7. Selection payment
Each selected feature film will receive a selection payment of €100 + VAT.
8. Jury Prize
Among all selected works, a jury appointed by the organization will award the “Panorama Indie” Prize, endowed with €500.
9. Responsibility and rights
Participants guarantee that they hold all exhibition rights for the submitted work and that its participation does not infringe the rights of third parties.
10. Acceptance of the rules
Submitting a film to the Panorama Indie section implies full acceptance of these rules.
