2017 sees us host the 8th YFIFF!!

The Yellow Fever Indie Film Festival is run by film makers, for film makers. Created by George Clarke (of Yellow Fever Productions) in 2009, the festival has went from strength to strength pulling in a host of amazing world wide film makers and industry names such as the prolific Albert Pyun (Cyborg, Captain America, Road To Hell) and Mike Leeder (Fearless, Rush Hour 3, Man Of Tai Chi).

Averaging no less than 10 awards annually, the festival prides itself in finding and promoting new talent of the independent film world, housed in the popular Movie House Cinema in Belfast City Center (Northern Ireland).

From its Sixth year, the YFIFF secures it footing and now focuses STRICTLY on genre films that hail the Action (or) Horror (or) Thriller theme.

A weekend of madness and fun is always guaranteed, closing with our big black tie, gala dinner award ceremony on the Sunday evening, a lot of happy people, and plenty of smiles and great memories!

We look forward to meeting you and sharing your film to the people of Norn' Iron!!

Excellent festival with exciting programming by a friendly staff who are passionate about genre cinema. Hopefully this fest will get listed on IMDB soon so I can show off the award and festival to fans who land on our page. If you're into exploitation and horror, this is the real deal. Highly recommended.
