Uno sguardo raro Festival - Rare Disease International Film Festival

L’iscrizione al concorso avviene tramite la piattaforma Filmfreeway compilando il form e caricando la propria opera su https://filmfreeway.com/Unosguardoraro entro e non oltre il 15 settembre 2025. È prevista una quota di iscrizione solo per la categoria Play.
I film selezionati come finalisti non possono più essere ritirati da Uno sguardo raro - Rare Disease International Film Festival.
Si invita ad un’attenta lettura del regolamento prima di iscrivere la vostra opera a Uno Sguardo Raro - Rare Disease International Film Festival. Si precisa infatti che l’iscrizione dell’opera comporta il consenso e l’accettazione di tutte le clausole del regolamento riportato in calce.

REGOLAMENTO
1. Questo accordo ("Accordo") è tra te ("Tu" o "Filmmaker") e L’Associazione Nove Produzioni organizzatore e promotore di Uno Sguardo Raro – Rare Disease International Film Festival (“Festival").
2. Con la presente, rilascerai il permesso di proiettare il tuo video/cortometraggio iscritto al Festival.
3. Nell’iscrivere la tua opera, accetti quanto segue:
4. Concedi tutti i diritti, licenze, autorizzazioni e rilasci necessari per l’utilizzo della tua opera e/o la proiezione del tuo film;
5. Dichiari che hai l'autorità per stipulare questo accordo;
6. Ti assumi la responsabilità del materiale scritto o girato. I contenuti delle opere presentate in concorso devono essere in regola per quanto riguarda l’assolvimento dei diritti Siae e con la vigente normativa sul diritto d’autore. L’Associazione Nove Produzioni declina ogni responsabilità in tal senso.
7. Non riceverai alcun compenso per l’utilizzo della tua opera e/o la proiezione del tuo film;
8. Concedi al Festival il diritto di utilizzo della tua opera e/o di proiettare il film in uno degli eventi dell’Associazione legati al Festival con lo scopo di far conoscere al pubblico queste opere. Autorizzi la distribuzione in iniziative, manifestazioni o altri eventi gratuiti non organizzati da Nove Produzioni, ma in abbinamento o collaborazione con la stessa;
9. Presti il consenso all’utilizzo dell’opera caricata sulla piattaforma Filmfreeway per montaggi e proiezioni realizzati e/o da realizzare in occasione e per la promozione del Festival e per la pubblicazione delle opere scritte sul sito e sui social di Uno Sguardo Raro;
10. Presti il consenso per la pubblicazione e/o diffusione nelle sale cinematografiche, sul web e/o su ogni altro mezzo di comunicazione e/o diffusione esistente, ivi compresi i social network.
11. Autorizzi altresì alla comunicazione e/o diffusione del video o dell’opera scritta in oggetto ai media e/o organi di stampa ai fini promozionali e pubblicitari del Festival e delle varie iniziative organizzate dall’Associazione culturale Nove Produzioni sul tema, in abbinamento o collaborazione con la stessa;
13. Dichiari di manlevare l’Associazione culturale Nove Produzioni da ogni eventuale rivendicazione proveniente da terzi in ordine alla liceità dei contenuti dell’opera video o scritta in oggetto;
14. Concedi al Festival i diritti a utilizzare clip, poster, fotografie e trailer del film, e stralci e/o prodotti performati della tua opera scritta nonché la tua iscrizione, nome, immagine, fotografia e video, per scopi di programmazione, promozione e pubblicità in tutti i media, senza compensazione e senza preavviso e approvazione;
15. Esoneri dalle responsabilità il Festival, le rispettive agenzie di pubblicità e promozione, i rispettivi funzionari, direttori, azionisti, dipendenti, agenti e rappresentanti, dalla responsabilità per qualsiasi infortunio, perdita e danno di qualsiasi natura a persone, proprietà, o altro, risultanti, in tutto o in parte, direttamente o indirettamente, dalla partecipazione al Festival o da qualsiasi attività legata ad esso;
16. Nel caso di partecipanti minorenni la domanda di iscrizione dovrà essere compilata e sottoscritta da un genitore o chi ne fa le veci, indicando di seguito il nome e cognome del minore partecipante;
17. Le scelte operate dai fondatori e organizzatori del festival, dalla Direzione artistica e dalle Giurie sono insindacabili;
18. La partecipazione al concorso comporta l’accettazione e l’osservanza di tutte le norme del presente bando di concorso;
19. Per ogni controversia inerente all’applicazione e/o interpretazione del presente regolamento sarà competente esclusivamente il Foro di Roma.

Entry to the competition is through the Filmfreeway platform by filling in the form and uploading your work on https://filmfreeway.com/Unosguardoraro by September 15, 2025 at the latest. There is a registration fee only for the Play category.
Films selected as finalists can no longer be withdrawn from Uno sguardo raro - Rare Disease International Film Festival.
Please read carefully the terms and conditions before submitting your work to Uno Sguardo Raro - Rare Disease International Film Festival. Please note that by submitting your work you agree to and accept all the clauses of the regulations below.

REGULATION
1. This agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("You" or "Filmmaker") and Associazione Nove Produzioni, the organiser and promoter of Uno Sguardo Raro - Rare Disease International Film Festival ("Festival").
2. You hereby grant permission to show your video/short film submitted to the Festival.
3. In submitting your work, you agree to be bound by the following:
4. You grant all rights, licences, authorisations and releases required for the exploitation of your work and/or the screening of your film;
5. You state that you have the authority to conclude this agreement;
6. You undertake responsibility for the material you have written or filmed. The contents of the works presented in the competition must be compliant with SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) rights and with the applicable copyright laws. Associazione Nove Produzioni declines any responsibility in this regard.
7. You will not receive any compensation for the use of your work and/or the screening of your film;
8. You grant the Festival the right to use your work and/or to screen the film at any of the Association's events linked to the Festival with the purpose of making these works known to the public. You authorize the distribution in initiatives, events or other free events not organized by Nove Produzioni, but in combination or collaboration with it;
9. I consent to the use of the work uploaded on the Filmfreeway platform for montages and screenings made and/or to be made on the occasion of and for the promotion of the Festival and for the publication of the written works on the Uno Sguardo Raro website and social networks;
10. You give your consent for publication and/or dissemination in cinemas, on the web and/or in any other existing media, including social networks.
11. You also give permission for the communication and/or diffusion of the video or the written work in discussion to the media and/or press organs for the promotional and advertising purposes of the Festival and of the various initiatives organised by the cultural association Nove Produzioni on the subject, in conjunction or in collaboration with the same;
13. You declare to indemnify the cultural association Nove Produzioni from any possible claim coming from third parties concerning the lawfulness of the contents of the video or written work in question;
14. You grant the Festival the rights to use clips, posters, photographs and trailers of the film, and excerpts and/or performed products of your written work as well as your entry, name, image, photograph and video, for purposes of programming, promotion and publicity in all media, without compensation and without notice and approval;
15. You release the Festival, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives, from liability for any injury, loss and damage of any nature whatsoever to persons, property, or otherwise, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Festival or any activity connected with it;
16. In the case of underage participants, the application form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian, indicating the name and surname of the minor participant below;
17. The choices made by the founders and organisers of the festival, the Artistic Direction and the Juries are definitive;
18. By participating in the competition, you accept and comply with all the rules of this competition notice;
19. Any dispute arising from the application and/or interpretation of these regulations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
