The Sonoma International Film Festival (SIFF) celebrates 29 years of the best in film, food, wine, and fun March 25-29, 2026.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization, SIFF promotes the finest films from around the world. We connect savvy film lovers with filmmaking artists and introduce aspiring student filmmakers to the power of cinema.
MovieMaker Magazine recognized SIFF as a “Top 50 Festivals Worth Its Entry Fee” in 2024 and “One of the 25 Coolest Festivals” in 2016 and 2018. USA Today named us one of America’s “Top Ten Destination Film Festivals” in 2019.
SIFF engages notable film and media industry jurists and panelists, and continues to grow our reputation for discovering and cultivating new talent worldwide, providing a significant platform for networking and distribution opportunities.
SIFF programs full-length features, documentaries, and short films in the Live Action, Documentary, and Animated categories. We also showcase Culinary, Food, and Wine films across all categories and genres.
We support filmmakers with cash award prizes and provide a generous accommodation program, providing deeper interaction with industry professionals, community members, and our discerning film audience in one of the most intimate, engaging, and inspiring settings on the festival circuit.
SIFF showcases the best of the Sonoma Valley region, just 45 minutes north of the San Francisco Bay Area, with several high-end culinary and wine events, lively experiences, industry panels, parties, and filmmaker networking opportunities.
