INSCRIÇÃO
As inscrições acontecerão das 11h do dia 17 de Março até as 23:59h de 30 de Abril de 2022.
Para realizar a inscrição é necessário preencher o formulário, disponibilizar fotos do filme no filmfreeway.com, com e-mail de contato válido e informar obrigatoriamente: Título, Gênero, Ano de Produção, Duração, Cidade, Estado, Sinopse, Link e senha para visualização do filme, Classificação Indicativa conforme as regras do Ministério da Justiça (http://www.justica.gov.br/seus-direitos/classificacao), Nome do Diretor e os Dados do Responsável pela inscrição.
O filme deverá estar necessariamente em uma das seguintes plataformas online: YouTube ou Vimeo, e já disponível para visualização e download. Somente serão aceitos arquivos de vídeo em ALTA RESOLUÇÃO.

*O valor da inscrição é de 3 dólares para Filmes Nacionais e 5 dólares para Filmes Internacionais.
Cada diretor poderá inscrever até 2 (dois) trabalhos. Cada filme deverá ser inscrito em um formulário. Não será possível inscrever 2 filmes em um mesmo formulário. Não poderá inscrever o mesmo filme em mais de um segmento.
Inscrições realizadas fora do prazo ou com informações incompletas não serão aceitas.
Os filmes inscritos passarão a compor o acervo do Festival.
DA SELEÇÃO
Serão selecionados até 10 curtas metragens entre ficções e documentários, nacionais e internacionais, para fazerem parte da mostra competitiva.
TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES
A mostra exibirá e premiará trabalhos lançados entre o período de JANEIRO/2020 até o término da data de inscrição deste Festival de 2022. Não poderá ter sido finalista na edição anterior.

Festival: 07 de Julho à 9 de Julho de 2022.

VI – CURADORIA
A seleção dos filmes será feita por profissionais com notório conhecimento na área, convidados e que não terão qualquer vínculo com as obras selecionadas.
VII – JÚRI
A premiação se dará por meio de um júri convidado, todos profissionais com notório conhecimento na área, que não terão qualquer vínculo com as obras selecionadas.
VIII – MOSTRA COMPETITIVA
Todos os filmes exibidos ao longo do Festival estarão concorrendo a premiação segundo eleição do júri.
IX – EXIBIÇÂO
Após a inscrição, o responsável estará concordando com a exibição de seu filme, de forma gratuita ao longo da mostra em dias escolhidos pelos organizadores, cabendo ao responsável pela inscrição enviar link para download da obra o mais breve possível.
DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
O Circolo Trentino di Bento Gonçalves, Trentino Promozioni e o Festival de Cinema de Bento Gonçalves estão isentos de qualquer responsabilidade referente ao conteúdo dos filmes bem como das licenças, autorizações e direitos necessários vinculados a sua exibição. Tais questões é de inteira responsabilidade do participante realizador.
Caso não haja filmes que atendam às expectativas de cada categoria, o Festival/Curadoria estará livre para não selecionar nenhum filme.
Afirmo ter lido e estar de acordo com o regulamento do Festival de Cinema de Bento Gonçalves e que as informações por mim prestadas acima são verdadeiras e autorizo expressamente:
1 – Que a obra inscrita por meio deste documento faça parte do Acervo do Festival de Cinema de Bento Gonçalves, podendo ser exibida a partir de Julho de 2022;
2 – A veiculação de fotos, som e imagens em TV, CD-Rom, Internet, DVD e quaisquer mídia impressa ou eletrônica de trechos desta obra, ou sua íntegra, em exibição não comercial, para divulgação do filme e do Festival de Cinema de Bento Gonçalves e demais atividades ligadas ao evento;
3 – Após a fase de seleção inicial, a organização do Festival entrará em contato solicitando a entrega da Ficha de Sessão de Direitos Autorais específica para a exibição dos filmes durante o período que abrange o Festival. Acompanhado de duas fotos do filme e uma foto do diretor.

SUBSCRIPTION
Registration will take place from 11 a.m on 17 March until 23:59 p.m on 30 April 2022.
To register, will be necessary to fill out the form, provide pictures of the film on filmfreeway.com with a valid contact e-mail and inform: Title, Genre, Year of Production, Duration, City, State, Synopsis, Link and password for the film visualization, indicative classification according to the Ministry of Justice rules.

Up to 10 short films will be selected between fiction and documentary, national and international, to be part of the competitive show.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The exhibition will show and award works released between the period of JANUARY/ 2020 until the end of the registration period for this 2022 festival. It could not have been a finalist in the previous edition.

VI – CURATORSHIP
The selection of the films will be made by professionals with notorious knowledge in the area, invited and who won’t have any link with the selected works
VII – JURY
The awards will be given through a guest jury, all professionals with notorious knowledge in the area, who will have no connection with the selected works
VIII – COMPETITIVE SHOW
All films shown throughout the Festival will be competing for the jury’s second jury award.
IX – EXHIBITION
After registration, the person in charge will be agreeing to the exhibition of his film for free of charge throughout the exhibition on days chosen by the organizers, and the person responsible for the inscription should send a link to download the work as soon as possible
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Circolo Trentino di Bento Gonçalves and Trentino Promozioni and Bento Gonçalves Film Festival are exempt from any responsibility regarding the content of the films as well as the licenses, authorizations and necessary rights related to their exhibition. Such issues are intirely responsibility of the filmmaker.
If there are no films that meet the expectations of each category, the festival will be free not to select any films.
I confirm that I have read and agree to the regulations of the Bento Gonçalves Film Festival and that the information I have given above is true and I expressly authorize:
1 – That the work inscribed in this document be part of the Bento Gonçalves Film Festival Collection, and may be exhibited as of July 2022.
2 – The transmission of photos, sound and images on TV, CD-rom, internet DVD and any printed or electronic media of excerpts from this work, or its entirety, in non-commercial exhibition, for the divulgation of the film and the Bento Gonçalves and other activities related to the event;
3 – After the initial selection phase, the festival organization will contact you requesting the delivery of the copyright assignment form for the exhibition of the films during the period covered by the Festival.
