The exhibition will display and reward works launched between 2022 and 2024 on a national and international circuit. The exhibition will also offer workshops and thematic lectures. All the activities are free.
I – GENERAL ORGANIZATION
The 3rd Itabaiana International Film Festival will be held in person.
II – PERIOD
From April 30th to May 5th, 2024.

Short Film, Animation, Documentary, Experimental, Music Video and Dance Video

Free.
V – EXHIBITION FORMAT
Competitive.
VI – CURATORY
The selection of films will be made through a guest curator who has no connection with the selected works.
VII – JURY
The award will be given by a jury previously composed of invited members who have no connection with the selected works.
VIII – COMPETITIVE SHOW
All films shown throughout the exhibition will be competing for awards according to the jury's election. And there will also be a category in which the public can choose the best film.
IX - REGISTRATION
Films can be registered via the platform at FilmFreeway at the following link: https://filmfreeway.com/festcineitabaiana
The Registration Period is between December 25th and February 25th.
There is no limit to the number of films per director.
Films in a foreign language must be sent with subtitles in English or Portuguese (subtitles preferred).
Films must have been completed after 2022, and be a maximum of 40 minutes in length.
Still, country of production, technical data sheet are mandatory information for the film's registration to be validated
Films entered in the Sergipe category must have three directors born or resident in the state on their team. For the registration to be validated, in this category it is necessary to send proof of birth or residence of the Sergipe directors to the email: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
X - SELECTION
The announcement of those selected will take place on March 29th.
The films will be divided into three official exhibitions: International Competitive Short Film Exhibition, National Competitive Short Film Exhibition, Sergipe Competitive Short Film Exhibition.
Informative displays may be created at the discretion of the festival organization.
The selected films must have a file in MP4/H.264, which must be sent to the event within 72 hours after the announcement of those selected, via a download link to the email address: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
Screening copies of selected films in a foreign language must be sent without embedded subtitles and accompanied by a list of dialogues in English or Portuguese (preferably) in SRT format.

The winners will receive a trophy.
All costs for sending the trophy will be borne by the winner who cannot be present at the awards ceremony.
XII – GENDER
The Itabaiana International Film Festival will select short films from the Animation, Documentary, Experimental, Fiction, Music Video and Video Dance genres.
XIII – EXHIBITION
After registering the film, the person responsible will be agreeing that the film will be shown free of charge throughout the exhibition on days chosen by the organizers.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Itabaiana International Film Festival is exempt from any responsibility regarding the content of the films as well as the necessary licenses, authorizations and rights linked to their exhibition. Such issues are the sole responsibility of the participant.
I declare that I have read and agree with the regulations of the Itabaiana International Festival and that the information provided by me above is true and I expressly authorize:
1 – That the work entered through this document be part of the collection of the Itabaiana International Film Festival, and may be shown from April 2024;
2 – The dissemination of photos, sound and images on TV, CD-Rom, Internet, DVD and any printed or electronic media of excerpts from this work, or its entirety, in a non-commercial exhibition, to publicize the film and the International Film Festival of Itabaiana and other activities linked to the event.

A mostra exibirá e premiará trabalhos lançados entre 2022 e 2024 em circuito nacional e internacional. A mostra também oferecerá oficinas e palestras temáticas. Todas as atividades são gratuitas.

A premiação se dará através de um júri previamente composto por integrantes convidados que não tenham qualquer vínculo com as obras selecionadas.
VIII – MOSTRA COMPETITIVA
Todos os filmes exibidos ao longo da mostra estarão concorrendo a premiação segundo eleição do júri. E ainda existirá uma categoria em que o público poderá escolher o melhor filme.
IX - INSCRIÇÃO
Os filmes podem ser inscritos pela plataforma no FilmFreeway no link a seguir: https://filmfreeway.com/festcineitabaiana
O Período de Inscrição é entre 25 de Dezembro e 25 de Fevereiro.
Não há limite de filmes por realizador.
Filmes em língua estrangeira devem ser enviados com legendas em inglês ou português (legenda preferencial).
Os filmes devem ter sido concluídos após 2022, e possuir no máximo 40 minutos de duração.

Os filmes inscritos na categoria Sergipe devem ter na sua equipe, três realizadores naturais ou residentes no estado. Para a inscrição ser validada, nesta categoria é necessário enviar comprovante de nascimento ou residência dos realizadores sergipanos para o e-mail: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
X - SELEÇÃO
O anúncio dos selecionados ocorrerá no dia 29 de Março.
Os filmes serão divididos em três mostras oficiais: Mostra Competitiva Internacional de Curtas, Mostra Competitiva Nacional de Curtas, Mostra Competitiva Sergipana de Curtas.
Mostras informativas poderão ser criadas a critério da organização do festival.
Os filmes selecionados deverão o arquivo em em MP4/H.264, que devem ser encaminhado ao evento em até 72 horas após o anúncio dos selecionados, por meio de link para download para o endereço de e-mail: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
As cópias de exibição de filmes selecionados em língua estrangeira devem ser enviados sem legendas embutidas e acompanhadas da lista de diálogos em inglês ou Português (preferencialmente) no formato SRT.

Todos os custos para envio do troféu, serão por conta do vencedor que não puder estar presente na solenidade de premiação.
XII – GÊNERO
O Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana selecionará filmes curta-metragens do gênero Animação, Documentário, Experimental, Ficção, Videoclipe e Videodança.
XIII – EXIBIÇÃO
Após a inscrição do filme, o responsável estará concordando com que o filme seja exibido gratuitamente ao longo da mostra em dias escolhidos pelos organizadores.
DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
O Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana está isento de qualquer responsabilidade referente ao conteúdo dos filmes bem como das licenças, autorizações e direitos necessários vinculados a sua exibição. Tais questões é de inteira responsabilidade do participante realizador.
Afirmo ter lido e estar de acordo com o regulamento do Festival Internacional de Itabaiana e que as informações por mim prestadas acima são verdadeiras e autorizo expressamente:
1 – Que a obra inscrita por meio deste documento faça parte do acervo do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana , podendo ser exibida a partir de Abril de 2024;
2 – A veiculação de fotos, som e imagens em TV, CD-Rom, Internet, DVD e quaisquer mídia impressa ou eletrônica de trechos desta obra, ou sua íntegra, em exibição não comercial, para divulgação do filme e do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana e demais atividades ligadas ao evento.
