FASHIONCLASH is a development & presentation platform for fashion that contributes to the individual talent development of a new generation of fashion makers through crossovers on one hand, and to general awareness of the role of fashion in the world on the other hand.
FASHIONCLASH offers a stage during FASHIONCLASH Festival (14-16 November 2025) to emerging designers, artists, and film makers who experiment with the genre of fashion film, and other related audiovisual and digital media (digital fashion, animation, etc.).
FASHIONCLASH Festival
During this three-day festival, a new generation of designers and (performing) artists gets the opportunity to show their work to a broad (inter)national audience. The festival program includes not only a Fashion Film Program but shows the results of activities that have been taking place throughout the year, as part of the FASHIONCLASH program lines, including exhibitions, performances, talks, and other projects that investigate, contextualize and celebrate contemporary fashion culture.
The final selection for the Fashion Film Program will be screened at Lumière Cinema in Maastricht (exact date(s) and time(s) to be announced).
If you are included in the selection of the Fashion Film Program, your film not only will be on showcase during FASHIONCLASH Festival 2025, but there is also a FASHIONCLASH Fashion Film Award to be won! 5 nominees will be selected out of all applications by a jury panel of industry professionals (to be announced in due time). The award includes a €1.000 prize.
Additionally, our long-term media partner KALTBLUT Magazine will award their favorite entry with a feature in their magazine.
Both winners will be announced during an Award Screening, including the films of all 5 nominees, during FASHIONCLASH Festival (exact date and time to be announced).
