1. Submission Eligibility:

Submissions must fit within the éphémère ~ London experimental film categories.
All creators, regardless of background or experience, are encouraged to submit their works.

2. Duration Guidelines:

Submissions should generally range from 3 to 20 minutes. Exceptions can be made for exceptional works.

3. Format Requirements:

Acceptable formats include MP4 or MOV.
Ensure a high-resolution quality for optimal viewing.

4. Originality & Creativity:

Submissions should demonstrate unique and original creative expressions.
Embrace creativity in both concept and execution.

5. Submission Process:

Each submission requires a separate entry fee.
Multiple submissions by a single artist are permitted.

6. Rights & Ownership:

Creators retain full ownership of their submitted works.
The Program reserves the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes.

7. Selection Process:

A jury of experienced professionals will evaluate submissions.
Selections will be based on creativity, technical quality, and overall impact.

8. Notification of Selection:

Selected works will be notified by 15 May 2024.
Ensure contact information provided during submission is accurate.

9. Screening:
