The Edinburgh Green Film Festival runs for its first year in October 2021. Based in the heart of Scotland, the festival aims to engage with climate issues, platform underrepresented climate perspectives, and raise awareness of important environmental discussions happening in the world right now.

For 2021 the festival will be online through the INDY on Demand service. The festival will have both a feature film program and a short film program, running from the 21st of October - 31st of October.

*By submitting your film you agree for the film to be shown to the Edinburgh Green Film Festival team before selection.
*Submission to the festival does not guarantee selection in the festival program.
*If selected, the filmmaker fee/inclusion fee will be discussed between the festival management and the filmmaker directly.
