​Cut and clap is an International Indie Short Fest
This is a unique fest, that runs on a Monthly edition. Winners will be announced on our Website and Social media pages at the end of every monthly edition. So filmmakers will know their results quickly & early.

Private screenings (Jury screenings) to be held at the end of each Monthly edition.

We are looking for independent projects from all genres, as well as from all countries. Our festival curates & showcases indie films from across the globe and supports independent & emerging talents.

A special thing about this festival is there are no fees involved. we provide free submissions for early bird entries and very low submission fee for regular and late deadlines! Cut and clap team members are from various departments and we have the youngest to eldest professionals on board! We have Directors, Cinematographers, Editors, Sound designers, Doctors, Creative Artists, and Scriptwriters as Juries and Judges.

Rules & Terms

RULES & REGULATIONS:

• The Entries can be Short films, Documentaries & Music Videos.
• The short film can be of any language or of any Genre.
• • The total running time must not be longer than 30 minutes for short films / documentaries, 10 minutes for "COVID-19" films, 8 minutes for music videos (including front and back credits). There is no minimum running time.
• There is no age limit to participate
• All submissions must have English subtitles and Synopsis compulsorily.
• Multiple entries can be submitted, but with separate entry forms, Each film is considered a new entry with submission fees.

LEGAL IMPLICATIONS:

• Short films that are submitted must be the entrants original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties.
