Amateurs as well as Professional filmmakers will have a must to accept
the following Rules and Code of Conduct at all times since the moment of submission until the completition of the Screenings.

- Respect the Deadlines even if the Festival sees its necessary to change.
- Do not over and over send emails to the festival during the time of selection competition, the festival does NOT comunicates with filmmakers during competition only after the selection process is completed and after we select the winners.
- if you email more than one time you are automatically disqualified.
- Respect the Festival, Festival Members through all media
platforms, or communications.
-Not Harassments , No Discrimination, No Derogatory Communications.
- Do not over email the Festival.
-At the Time of Notification, We will make sure you will receive all the information necessary about the Venue, Calendar and Calcifications, as well as the Laurels and Certificates achieved with the Status for the time for our live Screenings.

- At the moment of Notifications the festival team will do its best to specify the status of the filmmakers, if Selected, No Selected, Winner etc. also at the moment of Notifications the Festival will inform everything regarding the Venue, Calendar and Program for the Live Screenings.

- At the moment of Selection, The Submitter accepts unconditionally the authorization for the following : " The Festival will or might use the Trailer or clips, or images or information regarding the Film and the filmmaker submission in order for the Festival use it of the Promotional of the Festival, be that into a Trailer promotional of the Festival, Facebook, Instagram, X or any multimedia marketing proposes to the Film Festival. ". The Festival would not incur into any liability for the use of these materials as long is for the positive , good faith use for the marketing of the festival.

- The Festival will ask at all times the authorization for download the files for screening, via FilmFreeway or email.
The Festival at the moment of the Notification of Selection or Winner , the Submitter accepts the Festival to use the Complete file "" MP4""" or "" Movie file ""in any form for the purpose of the Live Screenings of the Film Festival at the Stablished venue within the time frames of the festival Calendar.

- The Festival does not pay royalties to the Filmmakers for the Live screening of their works.

- Depending of each venue and situation The Festival reserves the right to charge a fee at the door or voluntary donation or be Open to all Public at the Festival discretion and own decision. this without the consent of the submitter. The submitter gives the consent at the moment of selection for the Festival to list their film work for the live screenings of the Film Festival for free.

- The festival to the audience will have pictures or videos taken at the live audience of the film festival.
