Is the first of its kind in Ceará, Brazil.

A festival where all content is diverse, equal, inclusive and accessible in Brazilian Sign Language, portuguese subtitles for deaf and audio-description.

Our mission is to bring the borders to the center, the invisible to the light.
Here all social tangents cross in intersections.

We welcome all genders, colors, ethnicities, religions, ages and social classes.

Rules & Terms

All films must be accessible in at least one of the following:
Brazilian Sign Language, Brazilian Portuguese subtitles for deaf and Brazilian portuguese audio-description.

The cast and crew must be diverse and inclusive (elders, indigenous people, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, women, all colors and ethnicities, et al.)

The theme, characters and/or plot must pertain to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and sustainability spectrum.

Nurturing film knowledge, equity of opportunities, accessibility and inclusion. CINEDEIA archives the selected films of each edition in a non-profit embedded virtual cinematéque library for public access in our website throughout eternity and across the universe. By applying to our festival you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

In addition we offer the opportunity for you to showcase your film to our broad global audience in our monthly online editions at CINEDEIA+ in our Youtube Channel bit.ly/preformase as a way of interacting with other filmmakers and audiences from other countries.
