The festival is hosted entirely online, ensuring accessibility and reach to a worldwide audience. Selected films will be streamed on a secure platform. Award winners receive digital laurels, e-certificates, and formal recognition.

Every film is screened, and every contributor — from directors to crew — is eligible for achievement certificates and laurels.

Rules & Terms

1. Eligibility: Films of any genre, style, or length produced after January 1, 2000 are accepted.

2. Premiere Status: Films previously screened elsewhere (festivals, online platforms) are welcome.

3. Accepted Formats: Shorts, features, documentaries, animations, experimental films, and unproduced scripts.

4. Submission: Filmmakers must submit via FilmFreeway. Entry fees are non-refundable.

5. Online Rights: Participants grant CDIFF permission to screen their films online during the event dates.
