Aleksa Ristovic (born November 25, 1973, Serbia) is a Malta-based independent filmmaker whose work blends spirituality, silence, and the poetic interplay between faith and nature. After a turbulent youth, he moved to Belgrade in the early 2000s, studying and working in graphic design and 3D animation before seeking a new beginning in Malta in 2015.
Now living in Malta, he pursued formal training at MCAST’s Institute for the Creative Arts and works full-time in the film industry across commercial and independent productions.
He established himself as a fully independent filmmaker, writing, directing, filming, and editing all his work alone. His short films include:

Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining (2020)
Monumental (2021)
