Rules & Terms

NOTE: For the Topview Vertical Film Competition, please visit neuwavefest.com before starting your project. Instructions on how to qualify for the $5,000 prize are provided there.
By submitting your film, you agree to the following:
Eligibility & Submission
• Films must be created using AI
• Films must be fully completed at the time of submission
• Submissions must be provided via a private link (Vimeo, YouTube, FilmFreeway, or self-hosted). No other formats will be accepted
Fees
• All submission fees are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Fee waivers are not available
Rights & Ownership
• You must own all rights to the submitted film
• You are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, credit, or publicity claims
• Neu Wave AI Films is not liable for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use
Promotion & Usage
• Neu Wave AI Films and its sponsors may use portions of your film (including trailers, teasers, stills, and posters) for promotional purposes
• If selected, your film may be screened publicly in theaters, at events, online, and on social media
License
• Creators retain full ownership of their work
• By submitting, you grant Neu Wave AI Film Festival and its sponsors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to screen, exhibit, and promote your film
