邁入第十八年的青春影展，從「台灣青年音像創作聯展」開始至今已為全國影視相關科系學生重要的交流平台，激盪青年學子創意與活力。並透過影展競賽平台促進影視、設計及傳播等科系學生間交流，讓學生有展現成果的舞台。
*參賽資格：限台灣大專院校在學生或主辦單位主動邀請之對象。
*A film must comply with the following conditions in order to be submitted: Have been directed by a student within his/her film school curriculum in Taiwan
