- Films submitted must be original works of the entrant, and entrant needs to own or have all the rights to the submitted video.
- Films may be no longer than 15 minutes for International Experimental Video & Video Art Showcase and for the International Experimental Film & Video Art Student Showcase.
- Film may be between 2 and 5 minutes for the SCT Experimental Film & Video Art Showcase (SCT students)
- You agree to use parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster) for promotional purpose both online and offline.
-The submitted works may have been submitted to other video art competitions or festivals.
-Works in any language are accepted, however non-English films must have English subtitles.
-The showcase does not accept audiovisual works that have a commercial purpose or concept.
-There is NO entry fee, and there is NO compensation/price for the screening of the work.
-Under no circumstances will works that deviate from artistic criteria or that violate in any way the laws in force in China or the laws inscribed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights be accepted. The legal responsibility for them falls on the authors of the videos and NOT on the XEC.interplay showcase or on any of its organizers or collaborators.
- Submission of works represents acceptance of all terms.
