General Rules
To be eligible, applicants must have served as a screenwriter on at least one produced short or feature film or TV project.

Submit a work in progress – a synopsis and a script/treatment.

One screenwriter per script is accepted.

    I truly cannot express what a wonderful gift and experience Write by The Beach was. The retreat is not structured so participants are able to utilize their time in the way that is most meaningful and useful to them. My co-attendees and I opted to share our scripts at the top of the week and then work independently for the rest of the week. It was such an incredible experience to truly unplug and just be present in the flow of the creative process. Christine made everything seamless and we felt so well taken care of. The house is beautiful and quite literally on the beach. My fellow participants were wonderful people and I am so grateful not only to have found future collaborators but also new friends. I felt very enriched and experienced a lot of clarity and breakthrough with my script during my time there. Would absolutely recommend!
