The World Culture Film Festival is a live annual event and award ceremony taking place in Los Angeles. It is a part of the World Culture Festival community, with world renowned humanitarian Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

The festival aims to showcase works that are culturally diverse and unifying in nature; to elevate human consciousness through cinema; build bridges between cultures and community; aid in the development of conscious media that can uplift, shape, and impact society in a positive way; and provide a platform for creators to showcase their work to a bigger audience and foster relationships with media artists from the United States and around the world.

We believe that a story driven by an individual, authentic voice can awaken new ideas that have the power to delight and entertain, push creative boundaries, spark new levels of empathy and understanding, and even lead to social change. We support independent storytellers and advance the impact of their work in society.

We accept and showcase submissions for fiction and nonfiction feature films, short films, and the written word - all formats are welcome.
All entries will be judged on the filmmaker's content, creativity, imagery, story, and skill. Films produced in 2022 and 2023 may be submitted. Works in progress will be accepted. Online screeners and Blu-Rays are welcome for submission and consideration by the Selection Committee.
We will NOT accept online films for theater screenings.
PAL system is NOT accepted.
Every Entry must include an Electronic Press Kit and Downloadable Trailer and Trailer Link.
The World Culture Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize footage, and promotional materials supplied by the submitting agent from any film submitted and accepted film, video, or project for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The World Culture Film Festival may use footage from their projects to promote the Festival, their film, or the Event via print, web, and broadcast television.
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
