At Wick Monet, we create art for the sake of art and recognize its impact on people and their experiences. This includes film. We are committed to spotlighting filmmakers, providing them with a stage to articulate their visions and promote their work.

Join us for the third annual Wick Monet Film Festival in July of 2025 in Indianapolis. Celebrating our 3rd year, this festival showcases cinema from around the globe. We invite submissions of short films of all genres and types.

The Wick Monet Film Festival encourages new and established filmmakers to submit. We want the artsy, meditative films. We want the next big slasher movie. We want the laugh-out-loud, goofy comedy. We want it all. All sizes and budgets. Whether your film was shot on a soundstage or in a shed. Submit.

Rules & Terms

- All genres are eligible.

- Short Films under 40 minutes.

- Film can be from any year.

- Digital Submissions only.

- All films not in English must have English subtitles.

- No pornography.

    Wick Monet was a fun event at the Harris Theatre for indie and local filmmakers! Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties the festival was canceled halfway through. They were very kind about it and issued refunds. We hope to participate again next year. Thank you for selecting our film, "A Little Glass of Rum!"
