Rules & Terms

- All Short Film submissions should not exceed the 17-minute mark
- Short films in any language apart from English and Russian must come with Russian or English subtitles
- Short Films can be already released on other platforms
- If the Short Film is selected, the organizers of the festival will add subtitles in Russian (if . the film is not in Russian language)
