The WEST VIRGINIA FAITH & FAMILY FILM FESTIVAL is an international Christian film event with a hometown feel. Those who attend will have a warm intimate screening with fellowship and networking with other Christian filmmakers. This annual event will take place October 20 - 22, 2023.

During this three-day event, organizers will be hosting multiple workshops on film production, offering acting classes, celebrity Q&A events and even a BBQ networking social. One admission price of $75 for adults and $50 for students cover all festival activities. VIP Dinner $100 per person. Actor Dean Cain is tentatively scheduled to attend.

RULES & TERMS

WHY YOU SHOULD SUBMIT:
* Screening movies directly in front of distributors
* You will get a distribution deal during the festival
* Walk the red carpet and do interviews
* Meet industry and like-minded professionals
* Learn from the best in the industry & meet some of the best actors

Eligibility:
The WEST VIRGINIA FAITH & FAMILY FILM FESTIVA is open to anyone, anywhere around the world.

Festival Dates:
October 20 - 22, 2023.

Short Films:
Between 1 and 35 minutes

Feature Films:
36 minutes or more

Date of Production:
Films must have been produced after January 1, 2017.

Number of films per Producer:
Unlimited

Do I have to attend the festival?
No. But you are highly encouraged.

Submission Form:
Via Vimeo or Youtube links or any other online platform.

Deadlines and Submission Fees:

Feature films: $25
Short films: $15
Music Videos: $15
Trailer: $15
Screenplays: $15

Language:
Feature films and short films in a language other than Spanish or English must be subtitled in these languages for the presentation of the festival.

Official Selection
Decisions are made by a committee of film industry professionals. Screening locations and times during the festival will be randomly selected.

Notification:
October 20, 2023

Projection:
The Festival is open to the public. Accredited national and international press, as well as buyers and distributors of film and television.

    Grateful for a film festival such as West Virginia Faith and Family. For a newbie filmmaker, the opportunity to have a movie be seen directly by potential distributors is a very good thing. :D
