Since 2015, Web Series Festival Global has been celebrating outstanding digital storytelling from the heart of Hollywood. Now in its 12th year, the festival continues its mission to honor innovative creators, elevate emerging voices, and help shape the future of television and online entertainment.

Designed for a truly global community of filmmakers, writers, and digital creators, the festival welcomes projects of all genres and formats — from fully produced web series and pilots to scripts, student work, and one‑page concepts. Whether content is distributed, undistributed, streaming, or hosted online, creators from around the world are invited to submit and share their vision.

Each year, finalists and winners are recognized during our online screenings and awards celebration, featuring presenters from across the globe. All submissions are considered for category awards as well as the Grand Prize, with a total of $5,000 in awards. Winners receive industry‑focused prizes including memberships, services, and promotional opportunities designed to support their next steps. Finalists and winners may also order custom crystal awards, similar in style to major industry honors.

As an official IMDb‑recognized event, Web Series Festival Global provides creators with meaningful exposure, professional recognition, and a platform to connect with audiences and industry professionals. Grand Prize Winner receives Award Certificate which includes a Casting Session with Hollywood Company or One Day Studio use. Also includes a regular package from myscreenreaders.com and storrierbox.com as well as a one year iPitch.tv membership to promote themselves and their scripts to their entire network of producers & managers, laurels & Press. All awards must be utilized within one year of date of win.

Best of Category winners receive an Award Certificate which includes a regular package from myscreenreaders.com and storrierbox.com as well as a 12 month membership from ipitch.tv, to promote themselves and their scripts to their entire network of producers & managers, a personalized certificate, laurels & Press.

By submitting your work to the Web Series Festival Global, you are agreeing to this statement. In submitting this work, I am claiming that it is my own and that I hold all necessary copyright or have the permission of the appropriate owners of copyright to incorporate portions of their work.
Yes, I am the creator and author of the work submitted.
In the event that my entry contains the work of other individuals or organizations (including any copyrighted photographs, musical compositions, etc.),
I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions and/or licenses.
Yes, I have the necessary rights and/or permissions to use the visual elements in this entry.
Yes, I have the necessary rights and/or permissions to use the audio in this entry.
Entrants are responsible for transportation costs, insurance charges and any customs fees incurred when shipping to the festival. Web Series Festival Global is not responsible for tapes damaged or lost in transit. Works submitted for jury selection will not be returned after the close of the festival. No media/film accepted for programming can be pulled from the festival.
Web Series Festival Global does not check to make sure that you have cleared these materials at any point during the application process, nor will we be held responsible for any inclusion of uncleared materials in your film. It is the sole responsibility of the entity submitting the project to secure permission from the copyright holder of the material in question, whether it is music, stock footage, or any other elements that could violate an existing copyright. Quite often, rights holders offer reduced rates for festival films, so you should contact them directly to avoid any possible rights infringements.
Please note, there is a deliverables deadline for each venue. If you do not meet that deadline it is possible we will not be able to screen your content. Deliverables are the responsibility of the person submitting.
