**Rules & Terms**

- **Competition Eligibility:** The competition is open to both U.S. and international entries. Please review the specific requirements for each category.

- **Film Length:** Current film submissions are to be short films. Each film should have a runtime of 3-20 minutes. Extended short films could be submitted depending on available time slots for festival runtimes.

- **Language and Subtitles:** Films not in English must be subtitled in English to ensure accessibility.

- **Prior Screenings:** Films that have been theatrically screened, broadcast on television before the competition, or are available on DVD or VOD platforms are not eligible for competition.

- **Quality Standards:** Entries must be HD quality (H.264 MP4 Format) with HD sound (AAC Audio 48000Hz). No 4K files are allowed; 4K files must be converted to the specified format. This becomes in effect if We Film Tv needs to download your film outside of the Filmfreeway platform.

- **Submission Format:** Entries should be submitted for pre-screening using FilmFreeway Submission. We do not accept hard copies or links for entries. All submissions must be through our Film Freeway Submission website.

- **Works-in-Progress:** While we accept works-in-progress, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee the review of re-edited submissions. We recommend submitting works-in-progress only if you are close to the final deadline.

- **Multiple Entries:** You may submit multiple entries, but each entry requires a separate entry form and an entry fee. The ticket mandate fee will not be additional—only two films max under one ticket mandate fee.

- **Permission for Showcase:** By submitting your work, including features, shorts, episodic content, pilots, etc., you permit WeFilmTv to showcase your work as part of a competition that includes voting, judgment, criticism, and for promotional purposes.

-**WeFilmTv Screening** The individual or corporation submitting the film affirms that they have the authority to commit the film to be screened during live competitions at any time during film festivals hosted by WeFilmTv. Selected entries must provide exhibition copies in H.264 MP4 format with audio in AAC 48000Hz. Please note that Mac-formatted files are not accepted. A backup MP4 must also be provided if your film is selected for exhibition, to address any digital file issues. All videos must meet HD quality standards with high-quality sound. Films that do not meet these criteria are subject to rejection.

-**LIABILITY** While we take every precaution to care for entries in our possession, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, additional charges incurred en route, or any issues arising due to normal wear and tear or equipment failure. Please do not send original prints or master copies. Additionally, WeFilmTv is indemnified against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses resulting from any claim related to copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, or screening of any film.
